Friday the Cristiano Ronaldo way: two goals, expensive watches

It was a strong Friday in the soccer business for Cristiano Ronaldo, scoring his 24th and 25th goals of the season against Almería. At this point, any performance of his that yields
less than three scores is a mild disappointment. Impressive by normal standards, but unremarkable when viewed through the lens of Ronaldovision.
His greater mark on the day came before the match when he gifted his teammates with new Bvlgari watches.

At an estimated value of $8,400 each, the watches were customized to celebrate La Décima, marking the dates of each of Real Madrid’s 10 Eurupean championships.  The most notable feature of the time pieces, though, is that Ronaldo’s CR7 nickname engraved on the back of each one, lest his teammates become absent-minded and forget his generosity.
